Qualifications

• 3.5+ years of SDR/BDR/inside sales experience in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of exceeding activity metrics and quotas.
• Confident engaging VP-level conversations by phone.
• Bilingual French and English for Canada.
• Strong CRM discipline, especially Salesforce.
• Nice-to-haves: experience selling to facility management/real estate.
• Knowledge of CRE, HVAC, energy management, or building automation.
• Familiarity with diagnostic selling/MEDDPICC frameworks.
