Job summary

LGM Financial Services in Ottawa is seeking a Dealer Development Manager to own a high-potential territory and drive new dealer relationships for SecureDrive products. You will prospect, visit, and build credibility with Dealer Principals, GMs, and F&I Managers to grow F&I profit and retention.

You bring established Ottawa dealer connections or the ability to develop them quickly, with a strong track record in automotive sales and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years in automotive sales or dealer relationships.
Experience managing a sales territory and travel.
F&I experience is a strong asset.
Demonstrated ability to drive performance in indirect sales.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture dealership relationships to open new business.
Visit dealerships to sustain and grow existing relationships.
Support dealers to improve profitability in the Business Office.
Train dealership staff on products in partnership with the training group.
Provide timely, quantifiable results from daily activities and quarterly reviews.
