Job summary

Encore Market Engagement is seeking an experienced Customer Business Manager to oversee a portfolio of regional retailers, distributors, and other customer accounts. You will combine customer relationships, commercial planning, and disciplined execution to grow distribution and optimize promotions.

You will manage promotions, pricing submissions, and trade funding, while ensuring accurate data in Exceedra TPM and delivering timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in CPG, brokerage, regional account management or related sales role.
• Fluent in English and French, written & verbal.
• Experience managing promotions, item setup, pricing submissions and deadlines.
• Knowledge of trade spend management, promotional funding and deductions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with regional retailers, distributors and other accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with brand and business priorities.
• Lead business reviews with buyers and distributors; drive growth initiatives.
• Manage promotional plans, pricing submissions and trade funding.
• Maintain accurate account data in Exceedra TPM and monitor spend.
• Coordinate promotions, listings, onboarding, and item setup.
