Job summary

FundyPros is seeking a Regional Superintendent to build exceptional field teams and systems across Atlantic Canada. You will work with the Area Manager to strengthen operational excellence by developing field leaders, improving management systems, and ensuring every project starts with a solid plan.

You will coach Site Supervisors, promote accountability, and drive disciplined execution with measurable standards. This role rewards strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Significant experience leading large & complex construction projects.
• Demonstrated success developing and coaching field leaders.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and operational execution.
• Experience implementing quality management systems or standardized field processes.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with Lean Construction, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build Operational Excellence by standardizing field practices and ensuring disciplined execution.
• Raise the Level of Field Leadership through coaching and accountability.
• Build Planning Excellence by ensuring constructible, executable project plans.
• Champion Quality with a regional Quality Management System and inspections.
• Drive Continuous Improvement using data, Lean principles, and best practices.
