What You’ll Do
  • Hunt & Close: Proactively identify high‑value opportunities and drive new business growth across key Domestic and Cross‑Border markets by leveraging our diverse and scalable service offerings.
  • Own the Funnel: Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery through solution development, proposal, negotiation, and onboarding—to ensure a strong and sustainable funnel.
  • Insights‑to‑Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of customer’s end‑to‑end supply chain—including flows, volumes, constraints, and objectives—to gather detailed requirements and design tailored, value‑driven solutions that solve customer pain points, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Deal & Revenue Management: Maintain accurate sales activity and deal records in CRM, monitor closed revenue to ensure billings align with deal value, and collaborate with internal teams to support billing accuracy and timely accounts receivable.
  • Know the Market: Understand the local competitive landscape, stay ahead of competitive trends, extract actionable insights, and provide innovative solutions for customers.
You Bring
  • Proven track record of driving new business and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets in B2B solution‑selling environments (transportation, supply chain, logistics preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles, influence key decision‑makers, and close high‑value deals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs, identify pain points, and develop value‑based, tailored solutions aligned to long‑term customer objectives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including delivering compelling presentations and leading commercial discussions.
  • Highly motivated and resilient, with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent training in Business or Sales Management.
  • 3+ years experience in sales and/or sales management; preferably in business‑to‑business; food or logistics experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management including prospecting, selling and closing new business.
  • Ability to gain deep knowledge of the entire suite of company’s service offerings and utilize it to maximize sales opportunities during customer solutioning.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Workday, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to lead discussions, make presentations and deliver technical results to a non‑technical audience.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to work in temperatures as low as ‑20 °F (‑25 °C) in cold storage sites or up to 100 °F (37 °C) in dry storage sites while wearing company‑provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
Benefits
  • Competing compensation and bonus potential for those who hit and exceed targets.
  • Flexible hybrid work model to support work‑life balance while staying engaged in the field.
  • Medical, dental, and basic life and disability insurance benefits, RRSP matching and paid time off.
  • Unmatched opportunity for career growth in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
  • Be part of a bold, collaborative, and future‑focused sales team.
