Scotiabank seeks a Business Advisor to manage a portfolio of high value small business clients in the Hamilton region. You will deliver comprehensive financial guidance, build relationships within the local business community, and collaborate with other bankers to support the customer journey.

You will need strong business development skills, knowledge of financial statements, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of high value and/or complex small business owner relationships to achieve retention and other negotiated goals.
• Develop relationships with Centres of Influence to build a local business presence.
• Provide comprehensive advisory services to help clients build successful businesses.
• Partner with fellow advisors to create a customer centric environment.
