The Opportunity

The Regional Manager for Saskatoon ensures our regional operations meet or exceed HUB’s financial, operational, and staffing goals while ensuring our client’s needs are being met through industry-leading client service. As an integral part of our team of experts, this role is critical to the success of our daily functions and objectives.

The Regional Manager ensures business line leaders, team leaders, and managers are running effective branch operations, including staffing, coaching, training, and performance management. Develop and attract talent through mentoring, coaching, succession planning, and leveraging best practices in human resource management. Develop and execute business plans to meet revenue growth targets, generate new business, retain existing clients, and manage staffing and compensation. Set key metrics for your team by monitoring progress with reporting and analytics. Establish and monitor best practices in quality hiring, employee development, product knowledge, compensation, and performance management in the region.

• Full-Time Permanent career working out of our Saskatoon locations.

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience within the Insurance industry.
• A level 2 insurance license is required.
• Experience leading diverse teams in meeting financial and operational targets.
• Proven success in building cohesive teams and developing emerging talent.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and multi-task with ease.
• CIP/CAIB, post-secondary education, and/or MBA would be considered assets.
