Job summary

T&T Supermarket seeks a Senior Manager, Administration to lead and oversee all administrative functions across North America, including Support Centers, retail stores, and warehouses. This role partners with leadership to establish governance, drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and support growth and long-term objectives.

The incumbent will develop regional admin strategies, optimize processes, manage the admin team, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• An MBA or relevant professional certification is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in managing multi-site or regional operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of administration strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee all administrative functions across North America including support centers, stores and warehouses.
• Develop and manage the annual administration budget and operating expenses.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, and SLAs; drive cost optimization and process improvements.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic recommendations on administration matters.
