Job summary

Adecco in Vancouver, Canada is seeking an experienced sales professional to act as a Brand Ambassador and advisor to customers. You will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new sales opportunities and growing key accounts across the local region.

You will build trusted relationships with clients, prospects, and colleagues, delivering the Adecco value proposition and a high-quality customer experience. Travel within the assigned region is required.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or years of equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years direct sales with success in exceeding goals and KPIs.
  • Ability to provide strategic, out-of-the-box solutions as a consultant.
  • Able to set priorities, schedule, cold-call, and give presentations.
  • Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated; leverages information to drive results.
  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Your own customer portfolio. Direct remit for sales and revenue growth. You will serve as an advisor to customers and prospects to position Adecco as a workforce specialist and drive brand awareness within industry sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities through your knowledge of the market geography, economic environment, top companies, and competitors in the temporary staffing space. What you’ll be doing

You will serve as a Brand Ambassador and participate in strategic sales activities that build Adecco’s reputation as the most admired workforce solutions partner. On top of this, you will establish a plan to grow and retain existing accounts and newly acquired clients. Building reliance and credibility amongst clients/prospects, candidates, and colleagues by communicating our value proposition. All while creating an excellent customer experience.

About you
  • Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience with success in exceeding goals & KPIs, preferably in the service industry.
  • Ability to provide strategic, out of the box solutions to our clients, acting as a true consultant
  • Able to set priorities, schedule day’s events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.
  • Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines and able to handle multiple problems simultaneously
  • Resourceful and self motivated; Utilizes available information to help further marketplace knowledge and drive business success.
  • Team player, able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one‑on‑one and in group presentation situations.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. Travel required within assigned region.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
