Job summary

Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), a PMI affiliate in Canada, seeks a Senior Executive to optimize REEV digital operations. You will coordinate activities, maintain planning tools, and drive improvements across campaigns and platforms with cross-functional teams.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, translate business needs into technical specs, and monitor performance while managing vendor relationships and platform development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or a similar role, ideally in retail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
• Clear communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Track campaign performance, analyze results and recommend process improvements.
• Complete regular controls for platform points issuance and redemptions.

About The Role

The REEV Operations Sr Executive supports the Digital Operations team by coordinating initiatives across the REEV ecosystem. You will keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, connect teams and vendors, and improve digital processes that support business growth.

Impact You'll Own

• Enable reliable digital execution by coordinating the pipeline, requirements and deployment schedules.
• Improve operational visibility through accurate planning data, reporting and analysis.
• Strengthen platform controls by monitoring activity flow, points issuance and redemptions.
