Job summary

Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH) in Canada is seeking a Senior Executive to support the Digital Operations team by coordinating initiatives across the REEV ecosystem.

You will keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, connect teams and vendors, and improve digital processes that drive business growth. The role emphasizes working with stakeholders, maintaining planning tools, tracking performance, and ensuring platform controls for points issuance and redemptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or a similar role, ideally in retail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
• Clear communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute digital activities across the REEV pipeline.
• Maintain planning tools and align stakeholder requirements, owners and timelines.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results and recommend process improvements.
• Complete regular controls for platform points issuance and redemptions.
• Manage vendor relationships, drive platform toolbox developments, translate business needs into technical requirements and track deliverables.

About the Role

The REEV Operations Sr Executive supports the Digital Operations team by coordinating initiatives across the REEV ecosystem. You will keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, connect teams and vendors, and improve digital processes that support business growth.

Impact You'll Own

• Enable reliable digital execution by coordinating the pipeline, requirements and deployment schedules.
• Improve operational visibility through accurate planning data, reporting and analysis.
• Strengthen platform controls by monitoring activity flow, points issuance and redemptions.

What You'll Do
