Job summary

RBH, a Philip Morris International company, seeks a Manager, P&ED to lead employee services, programs, governance, and partnerships across Canada. This role focuses on delivering a seamless employee experience while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across People & Culture processes.

You will lead a team, oversee pensions, benefits, wellbeing, health & safety, and employee programs, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to enhance service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, or People & Culture experience.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing external vendors and service providers.
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll, pensions, benefits, employment compliance, and workplace health & safety preferred.
• Experience with process improvement, change management, and HR transformation initiatives.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.
