Qualifications

• Red Seal Journeyperson Powerline Technician certification.
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with clean abstract.
• Ability to pass BC Hydro security screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Ford F-550 bucket truck with 37 ft insulated boom.
• Work on energized 25 kV overhead lines from the ground with safety.
• Maintain electronic reporting and document control using laptop/smartphone.
• Communicate clearly in written, spoken, and electronic forms.
