Job summary

Canadian Natural is offering a student HR internship in Calgary to support the Experienced Recruitment team. You will work closely with recruiters to deliver administrative tasks and learn full cycle recruitment processes, including pre-screening, interviewing, and onboarding documentation.

  • Plan, retrieve data, and organize documents for onboarding communications.

Working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with Recruiters to provide administrative support to the Experienced Recruitment team.   • Job location: Calgary, AB – Head Office
  • Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday – Friday)
  • Term length: 8 months

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team
  • Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with recruiters, and other HR professionals
  • Learn full cycle recruitment processes (pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extend offer letters, prepare new hire packages, documentation etc.)
  • Plan, retrieve data, and organize documents and information for the successful submission and communication of onboarding paperwork

  • Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Human Resources or a related area of study
