Job summary

Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) invites motivated students to join our Calgary head office for a 12‑month internship. You will support Office Services, including mailroom operations, receptionist coverage, and office moves, while gaining exposure to procurement and contracts within a large energy company.

Applicants must be enrolled in the 2nd year or higher of a Business Administration/Commerce program and possess strong communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Opportunity

You will contribute to the success of Canadian Natural’s operations by assisting with various project initiative such as inventory audits, reception and mailroom coverage.

• Job location: Calgary, AB – Head Office
• Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday – Friday) for full-time schedule
• Term length: 12 months
• Term start: January 2027
• Term type: Part-time & Full-time
• January – April: Part-time
• May – August: Full-time
• September – December: Part-time (Part-time being a maximum of 20 hours per week.)

Key Accountabilities

• Provide support for Office Services activities including:
  • Mailroom and reception services
  • Office coordination and office moves
  • Procurement and contracts activities
  • Safety Inspections and other audits

What You Bring To The Role

• Currently enrolled in your 2nd year or higher of a Business Administration/Commerce program at an accredited post-secondary institution (other relevant degrees will be considered as well)
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
