Job summary

Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) seeks a student travel coordinator in Calgary to support booking travel for employees and visitors, manage hotel reservations, and assist the travel team with data and reports.

The role offers a 12-month term with a split schedule (part-time Jan–Apr, full-time May–Aug, part-time Sep–Dec), based in our Calgary head office, and provides hands-on travel industry exposure within a leading energy company.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled or within one year of graduating from a Travel and Tourism program.
  • Proficient with the Sabre booking system.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Booking car and hotel reservations for our Canadian Natural employee business travelers.
  • Assist with booking our fly in/out travelers to and from their appropriate work site.
  • Assist the Corporate Travel team with various reports and projects that will benefit the company.

The Opportunity

  • Job location: Calgary, AB – Head Office
  • Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday – Friday) for full-time schedule
  • Term length: 12 months
  • Term start: January 2027
  • Term type: Part-time & Full-time
  • January – April: Part-time
  • May – August: Full-time
  • September – December: Part-time (Part-time being a maximum of 20 hours per week.)
Key Accountabilities

What You Bring To The Role
