The Position

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies to identify talent to meet project needs
  • Plan and prioritize sourcing assignments based on business needs
  • Use ATS to manage applicant pools and move candidates through the recruitment process
  • Review profiles and resumes, reach out, and follow up with candidates as part of the first-touch strategy
  • Maintain network through active outreach to past applicants
  • Report on relevant sourcing metrics
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of recruitment and sourcing experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and alternative sourcing channels
  • Understanding of the recruitment process within a management consulting firm
  • Self-directed with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet aggressive timelines
  • Innovative, dynamic, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong work ethic, energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to career development
  • Required Education: Related University Degree
