Job summary

Trulioo, headquartered in Vancouver, invites you to join our Talent Acquisition Co-op for an 8-month fixed-term term. Based in our Mount Pleasant office, you will work in a hybrid model with three in-office days per week, gaining hands-on experience in fast-paced tech recruiting.

You will coordinate interviews across time zones, manage candidate communications, support the Ashby ATS, and assist with campus recruitment activities, employer branding, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment coordination and candidate experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage candidate communications and offer timely updates.
• Support administration of the Ashby ATS and job postings.
• Coordinate co-op hiring programs, campus recruitment activities.
• Track interview activity and collect feedback to keep processes moving.
• Assist with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and recruiting tools.
• Maintain TA documentation and templates.
