We are looking for Recruitment Professional to take over our two home health agecies recruitment position. Our Home Health Agencies Millennium and Alliance Healthcare are a Medicare Certified and Joint Commission Accredited Home Health Care Agencies with Headquarter based in Montrose, CA.

We specialize in providing safe and effective in-home care for various conditions and diagnoses, including cardiac, wound, orthopedic, respiratory, neurological, and diabetes management. Our staff is fluent in multiple languages to accommodate patients in Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego Counties inluding city of Fresno, CA.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager at our Headquearter in Montrose, CA. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various healthcare positions. This role involves coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process to ensure the organization's staffing needs are met.
