We’re hiring a Recruiting Manager to lead our core delivery team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team of recruiters to achieve strong performance, stay aligned with company goals, and deliver measurable results. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on team success and company growth.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead and Manage : Oversee a team of sales recruiters, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional development.
  • Recruit & Onboard : Hire and train new recruiters as we scale, ensuring they ramp up effectively and align with company values.
  • Drive Results : Set, track, and achieve individual and team KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Process & Performance Optimization : Analyze recruiting metrics and workflows to improve speed, quality, and fill rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with account management and leadership teams to align hiring goals with client needs and company strategy.

What You Bring :

  • Proven success managing a team of outbound recruiters in a headhunting or executive search agency
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the sales recruiting lifecycle
  • Natural leadership skills : empathetic, direct, and accountability-driven
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • A bias toward action and continuous improvement
  • Located in Canada
