Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administration experience in HR, customer service, marketing or sales.
• Post-secondary degree in HR, business, marketing, life sciences or information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Customer service oriented, professional demeanor.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize time and workload to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews at STEMCELL locations in Greater Vancouver, facilitating cross-communications.
• Maintain high quality, well-organized documentation on candidates and requisitions.
• Generate Workday recruiting dashboards and weekly reports.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
