Job summary

STEMCELL Technologies is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our collaborative team and help meet evolving business needs as we grow.

As a Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruitment to source, assess, and hire top technical and scientific talent, build trusted partnerships across the HR team and stakeholders, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree with 4-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; experience in biotech is an asset.
• Experience managing diverse portfolios and job classifications with recruitment best practices.
• Experience with an ATS (Workday preferred) and recruitment technologies.

• Provide full-cycle recruitment support including sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks, and offers of employment
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships based on trust and transparency with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization
• Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including the HRIS system
• Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and to drive recruitment strategies and tactics

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$83,700.00 – $125,500.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
