Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
• 5+ years of Workday administration, maintenance and implementation
• Completed post-secondary education in Human Resources or related from a recognized institution

Responsibilities

• Configure and test all functionality for assigned HR modules
• Lead requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment of HR system functionality; manage downstream impacts and integrations
• Analyze business processes to propose changes and drive continuous improvement
• Educate stakeholders on enhancement opportunities and new functionality delivered during system updates
• Maintain system documentation and data quality standards
