Job summary

STEMCELL Technologies in Burnaby/Greater Vancouver is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support a fast-paced, talent team. You will schedule onsite interviews, keep candidate records organized, and help deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

The role includes generating recruiting dashboards in Workday, collaborating with hiring managers, and performing general administrative duties to keep hiring workflows moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administration experience in HR, customer service, marketing and/or sales.
• Post secondary degree in HR, business, marketing, life sciences or Information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Customer service oriented, professional demeanor.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize time and workload to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.

• Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews at our various STEMCELL locations in Greater Vancouver, facilitate cross-communications between all parties involved in the hiring and recruiting activities.
• Maintain high level of quality, accuracy and well-organized documentation on all candidates, status of active job requisitions, and other recruitment activities.
• Generate reports using Workday such as recruiting dashboards, metrics and data analytics, including weekly recruitment reports to track open positions.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Salary

The annual salary for this job ranges from: $59,900.00 - $81,100.00 STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
