Job summary

SGS SA is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding support, and coordination with TSS recruiters and operations. The role emphasizes efficient candidate sourcing, candidate screening, and client communication within a global TIC leader.

The position requires 3–5 years in strategic recruitment, proficiency with ATS systems (prefer SmartRecruiters), and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in strategic/technical recruitment sourcer roles.
• Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and communities.
• Experience with social media marketing and digital networking.
• Proficient in ATS/database systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.

Responsibilities

• Administer full-cycle recruitment processes from posting to onboarding.
• Advertise vacancies, screen applications and shortlist candidates.
• Screen and place mid to senior level inspection personnel.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings or calls with TSS hires and client updates.
• Prepare CVs and correspondence for customers; may prepare job offers.
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards for sourcing.
• Maintain ATS and ensure adherence to SGS standards and compliance.
