OVERVIEW: The Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process by delivering efficient, organized, and candidate-focused administrative support. This position is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment systems and records, posting job opportunities, and facilitating pre-employment processes. The Recruitment Coordinator works closely with hiring managers, candidates, and Human Resources team members to ensure a seamless recruitment experience while supporting the organization’s talent acquisition goals. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds or more. The Casino environment is hectic, fast‑paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times when you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino‑related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise.
