Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a Global 500 client with a best-in-class candidate experience. You will coordinate interviews, monitor assessments, and help redeploy top talent while building strong client relationships and maintaining a healthy candidate pool.

You will contribute to data-driven improvements and partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth candidate touchpoints across the hiring journey.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or at least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; enjoy building relationships.
• Detail-oriented with high-quality work.
• Organized, good time management, able to handle competing priorities.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of coordination experience including calendar management.
• Some experience with skillset testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class Direct Source Candidate Experience program for a Global 500 client.
• Support strategic recruiting initiatives to ensure a smooth, engaging process.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Monitor and track candidate assessments for timely feedback.
• Manage redeployment by identifying talent nearing contract completion.
• Develop high-quality shortlists from large applicant pools to retain talent.
• Grow client referral relationships and maintain candidate pool health.
• Support data tracking and reporting on candidate experience metrics.
• Partner with delivery team to enable flawless execution across touchpoints.
• Conduct applicant testing for potential candidates.

The Role:

• As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering a best-in-class Direct Source Candidate Experience program for a Global 500 client. You'll support strategic recruiting initiatives, ensuring candidates receive a smooth, engaging, and consistent experience throughout their journey.Become an expert in the client's culture, values, and strategic initiatives to align hiring efforts accordingly.
• Execute and support candidate experience strategies that reflect the client's goals and values.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Monitor and track candidate assessments to ensure timely feedback and a seamless process.
• Manage redeployment efforts by identifying top talent nearing contract completion and ensuring continued engagement.
• Develop high-quality shortlists from large applicant pools while prioritizing talent retention and redeployment.
• Grow client referral relationships and maintain overall candidate pool health.
• Support data tracking and reporting on candidate experience metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with the delivery team to enable flawless execution across all candidate touchpoints.

Who You Are

• You have completed post-secondary education or have at least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy building relationships.
• You're detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• You stay organized, manage your time well, and can handle competing priorities.
• You're comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You have at least one year of coordination experience including calendar management
• You have some experience with skillset testing

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40,000 - $45,000.
