Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a results-driven recruiter leader to provide day-to-day recruitment leadership for the team in North America. You will manage the Beeline VMS, collaborate with program ambassadors, and ensure SLAs are met while driving data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes full-cycle recruitment, team coaching, and strategic prioritization of roles, with a focus on a high-growth environment and uncapped commission opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of VMS, Beeline preferred.
  • Experience leading team initiatives and managing projects.
  • Experience with contingent workforce recruitment (USA preferred).
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment from requirement to placement.
  • Secondary education or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day recruitment for the team.
  • Manage the integrity of Bench, the vendor management system (VMS).
  • Collaborate with Program Ambassadors and Manager to identify needs and landscape.
  • Uphold the team’s adherence to program SLAs.
  • Provide holistic views of the program and drive improvements.
  • Ensure recruitment strategies are followed by all team members.
  • Assist in prioritizing requirements and allocating recruiters.
  • Maintain requirement board and data integrity.
  • Review incoming requirements for quality and prioritization.

The Role:


  • Effectively overall recruitment excellence.

  • Provide day-to-day recruitment leadership for the team.

  • Manage the integrity of Bench, the vendor management system (VMS), and be proactive in your recruitment efforts for the account.

  • Work closely with Program Ambassadors and Manager to identify needs, trends, and capture the overall program landscape for the team.

  • Manage and uphold the team’s strict adherence to Program service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Provide a holistic view of the program and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.

  • Ensure agreed upon recruitment strategies are followed by all team members.

  • Assist with prioritization of requirements and allocation of recruiters.

  • Assist in maintaining requirement board and ensuring high integrity of data.

  • Assist in the review of incoming requirements to ensure quality and prioritize them based on established qualification criteria.

  • Implementation and management of internal administrative tools: Recruiter Reports, Recruitment Manager Reports, Placement forms etc.

  • Identifying and capitalizing on applicable networking events and groups.

  • Recruiter coaching/shadowing + long term skill development.

  • Assist in the tracking/auditing of Lead & Lag performance indicators.


Who You Are:


  • Knowledge of VMS, Preferably Beeline

  • Experience leading team initiatives and can manage projects concurrently.

  • Knowledge of the contingent workforce industry, USA experience preferred.

  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment.

  • Working experience with a managed service provider or contingent workforce program, nice to have.

  • Secondary Education or comparable experience.


The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50,000 - $70,000.
