Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions in Canada is seeking a results-driven GTM Manager to drive growth in the staffing and recruitment space. You will lead go-to-market initiatives, build client relationships, and generate opportunities through outreach, meetings, and events.

The role offers base salary of CAD 50,000–CAD 70,000 plus uncapped commission, bonuses, and associate option plans; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement.

  • Proven experience as a GTM Manager in staffing/recruitment with top results.
  • Forecasting, competitive analyses and market insight experience.
  • Ability to craft GTM strategies that drive growth and uncover new business sources.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and opportunities through outreach (cold calls), meetings, relationship building, and client events.
  • Manage recruitment efforts against new business opportunities generated.
  • Develop and execute a GTM strategy/territory plan aligned with corporate plans to deliver volume and profit.
  • Evaluate trends, competitive activity, and market changes to inform plans and forecasts.
  • Maintain relationships with key contacts, partners, and associations to grow the Tundra brand.
  • Identify and elevate new business threats and opportunities.
  • Serve as liaison to management on initiatives and strategy changes for accounts.
  • Record GTM activity in ATS and report regularly to management.

The Role
  • Generate leads and opportunities through outreach (cold calls), business meetings, relationship building, and client events.
  • Manage recruitment efforts against all new business opportunities generated.
  • Develop and facilitate the execution of a GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy/territory plan in line with corporate and financial strategic business plans, which will deliver expected volume and profit returns.
  • Evaluate current trends, competitive activity, economic factors and changes in the market and translate that knowledge into definitive and actionable plans and forecasts to build profitable growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business contacts, strategic partners, and industry associations to support growth of the Tundra brand in a way that positively promotes the companies' reputation and aligns with corporate strategies. This will include keeping regular contact with all assigned accounts, partners, and contacts to maximize/leverage available growth opportunities.
  • Create, identify and elevate new or existing business threats and opportunities.
  • Act as primary liaison to management for key initiatives/strategies and pro-actively inform them on significant changes to and/or performance against strategy for the accounts you manage.
  • Keep management informed of ongoing GTM activities through daily entries into the ATS and weekly activity reports.
Who You Are
  • You are a high performer, experienced as a GTM (Go-To-Market) Manager in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry, and have consistently demonstrated superior results (top 25%).
  • You are experienced in accurately forecasting and completing competitive analyses.
  • You can develop successful GTM strategies, techniques, and tactics. You know how to drive growth and will be able to identify new sources of business for Tundra.
  • You have exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • You are an independent worker who takes initiative and acts like an owner.
  • You lead with integrity and can influence and motivate those around you.
  • You are self-motivated, results driven and maintain outstanding composure in the face of extraordinary challenge.

The base salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50,000 - $70,000.

Tundra fosters a pay-for-performance culture and offers competitive compensation packages. In addition to our base salaries, we offer Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, and Associate Option Plans where applicable.
