Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to rapidly assess client requisitions, identify top candidates, and place talent with leading brands. You will negotiate offers, maintain strong candidate networks, and support the end-to-end hiring process with modern sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Proficiency with ATS, MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess client requisitions, detect knowledge gaps, identify and recruit high-quality candidates and match them to client openings.
• Facilitate and mediate the offer process, negotiate salary and terms with candidates.
• Ensure alignment of candidate goals, skills, availability, and experience with organizational needs.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to develop a reliable talent network.
• Own recruitment opportunities and engage top candidates through platforms, referrals, and networking.
• Coach candidates during the employment process, including resume prep and interview techniques.

The Role:

• Rapidly assess client job requisitions, detect critical knowledge and skills, identify and recruit high-quality candidates and match them to client openings.
• Facilitate and mediate the offer process, conduct negotiations with candidates regarding salary and other terms of employment.
• Ensure alignment of candidate goals, skills, availability, and experience to the needs of the organization you’re supporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to develop a reliable talent network.

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40,000 - $50,000.
