Job summary

HRConnects in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Recruiter to connect talented people with meaningful opportunities and guide candidates through the hiring process from application to onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers to craft outreach, manage sourcing, interviews, offers, and the new-hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and a diverse, dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Knowledge of interview techniques, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
• Strong judgment and ability to plan and accomplish goals independently.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
