Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking a proactive Recruiter for a 6-week, on-site assignment in Courtice, Ontario. You will manage roughly 15 active requisitions across multiple provinces, focusing on operations roles and occasional sales hiring, partnering with hiring managers to keep timelines and prioritization clear.

You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, source top talent, screen candidates, coordinate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting for operations roles in manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience recruiting across multiple Canadian provinces.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Dayforce Recruiting is a strong asset.
• On-site, independent worker in a fully on-site environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in an in-house or agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for operations roles, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple Canadian provinces.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize competing hiring needs.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, with Dayforce Recruiting considered a strong asset.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work independently in a fully on-site environment.
