Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in social work, psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential supportive living settings.
• ASIST certification, First Aid and CPR, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized Service Plans with measurable goals.
• Provide coaching on daily living skills and community integration.
• Deliver structured psycho-educational programming and recovery education.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety planning with the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with interdisciplinary partners.
• Support clients to access community resources and services.
