The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) invites applications for a Records and Information Management (RIM) support role in Calgary. The successful candidate will digitize records, enter data into eDOCS and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and support user requests.
This position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and customer service as you collaborate with the IT and RIM teams to maintain compliant records and assist with orientations, label creation, and meeting minutes.
The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) is the industry-funded regulator responsible for administering the province's securities laws. It is entrusted with fostering a fair and efficient capital market in Alberta and with protecting investors. As a member of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA), the ASC works to improve, coordinate and harmonize the regulation of Canada's capital markets.
The Information Technology (IT) team is responsible for making sure that the ASC has the appropriate resources necessary to ensure the consistent, reliable and secure delivery of services, and understanding and anticipating the organization’s unique technology requirements.
This position will appeal to an individual who enjoys working with the Records and Information Management (RIM) team, organizing electronic records and files within established frameworks. Candidates should be comfortable working both independently as well as in a team environment where multi-tasking and dealing with multiple internal customers is a daily requirement.
