LaSalle Police Service is seeking a Records Clerk to join the Corporate Services team. Under the supervision of the Director of Corporate Services and the Staff Sergeant, you will manage FOI requests, court documents, data entry, payments, and records checks in a strictly on-site role.
Responsibilities include processing court notices, parking tickets, maintaining confidential records, and generating reports while ensuring efficient processes and strong customer service.
Under the supervision of the Director of Corporate Services and the Staff Sergeant in charge of Community Patrol, the Records Clerk will be responsible for several areas including, but not limited to, Court Services, Freedom of Information requests, Police Record Checks, payment processing, and data entry. Please note, this position requires on-site attendance and is not a remote opportunity.
