Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Receptionist / Assistant Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the automotive industry and top-notch customer service skills. This full-time position requires a commitment to working 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm). You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and assisting with their service needs

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers that arrive for their service appointment
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department / person
  • Assist the Service Advisors in managing work orders and customer service requests.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.

Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant or service advisor in an automotive setting
  • Proficiency in phone systems and auto shop management software
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : From $18.00 per hour

Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
