Colliers in Vancouver is seeking a Receptionist/Office Coordinator to own the reception area and deliver service excellence to all visitors. You will greet clients, manage inquiries, direct mail and couriers, and coordinate with vendors while supporting facilities and office operations in a fast-paced setting.

As a Receptionist, Office Coordinator, you own the reception area and use your relationship-building skills to provide service excellence to everybody who passes through the office. You are the first point of contact for the company and are devoted to creating positive experiences by exceeding expectations with both business and personal interactions.
