Qualifications

• Must hold a valid class G driver’s license.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service, sales, or receptionist role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with scheduling software and social media platforms is preferred.
• Automotive industry experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
• Schedule and manage appointments for PPF, vinyl wrap, detailing, and auto styling services.
• Greet customers and provide information about our services and pricing.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, and inventory tracking.
• Assist with social media content creation and management (posting, engagement, scheduling).
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Support the team with administrative needs as required.
