Job summary

The 401 Group is hiring a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice at our front desk in Wawa, Ontario. You will manage a busy multi-line phone system, greet visitors, and handle cash and card payments with a courteous, professional manner.

Open full-time hours, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills. Prior dealership exposure is a plus; on-site parking is available.

• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Receive payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
• Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor.
• Complete licensing paperwork as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Prepare daily production reports and balance tills.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, you’ll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller—while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Location: 61 Mission Rd, Wawa ON

Wage:$20.00 per hour

Hours: Full-Time – Open availability needed. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

What You Will Be Doing:

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to theappropriate department
• Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
• Greetcustomers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
• Licensing paperwork
• Additional duties as assigned
• Daily production reports and till balancing

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completion of High School
• Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Above average computer skills
• Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
• A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
