Job summary

Trail Appliances is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming experience in-person and over the phone. You will report to the Customer Service Team Lead and uphold our values of respect, integrity, diversity, and teamwork.

This temporary full-time role in Calgary includes 9:30am–6:00pm shifts, with compensation between $17 and $19 per hour. Training, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered as part of our supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
• Answer and direct customer calls, ensuring messages reach the appropriate person promptly.
• Guide in-store customers to the correct department or team member.

Availability:

This is a temporary full-time position and will require you to be available:

Monday to Sunday - 9:30am - 6:00pm

Compensation:

$17/hr - $19/hr
