Trail Appliances Ltd. in Calgary is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone.

This temporary full-time position reports to the Customer Service Team Lead and supports a professional, friendly front desk environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, directing calls, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining an organized reception area.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers.

Availability:

This is a temporary full-time position and will require you to be available:

Monday to Sunday - 9:30am - 6:00pm

Compensation:

$17/hr - $19/hr
