March of Dimes Canada is seeking a bilingual Receptionist for our National Office in Toronto. You will handle front-desk tasks, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and deliver exceptional service to visitors, staff, volunteers, and the public in both English and French.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing invoices, coordinating events, and supporting the Property Operations team. In-person, full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The Bilingual Receptionist provides vital support by handling various reception and administrative tasks, while delivering exceptional customer service to the general public, volunteers, staff, service users, and the organization as a whole in both English and French. They serve a vital role as a friendly and welcoming first point of contact for March of Dimes Canada’s National Office. This position supports the organization by managing calendars, coordinating events and meetings, addressing general inquiries, directing issues to the appropriate staff, maintaining communication with vendors, and providing overall support to the Property Operations team.
