March of Dimes Canada in Ottawa is seeking an Employment/Placement Specialist on an 18-month contract. The role is full‑time (35 hours per week) with potential to work from home one day.
You will develop employer relationships, screen and place clients, negotiate wage subsidies, and support on‑the‑job training to ensure successful placements.
Required are 1–3 years in job development or related experience, strong communication, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
