Job summary

Ingersoll Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a Receptionist to greet showroom visitors, answer calls, and maintain a polished reception area. This on-site role supports the Sales team in a busy dealership and requires a professional, energetic, and organized individual.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in front-desk or hospitality, a high school diploma, good communication, and basic computer skills (MS Office).

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist, hospitality, front desk, or administrative roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and email management.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom walk-ins warmly and log customer visits.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls on a multi-line system.
• Maintain the reception area, guest lounge and refreshment stations.
• Manage basic administrative tasks to support the sales team.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Tech Literacy: Basic proficiency with computer systems (MS Office, emails, and spreadsheets).

The expected compensation range may vary depending on experience and qualifications.

This compensation range includes base wages and vacation pay, as applicable under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
