Summary:

• Merchandises and provides superior customer service.
• Maintains efficient flow of merchandise from the receiving door to the sales floor.
• Organizes backroom product and follows Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Ensures signage and talkers are printed and participates in execution, including flyers, corporate markdowns, and labels.
• Expertise in assigned areas of product inventory, placement, expiry dates, promotions, etc.

Receiving:

• Receives merchandise including Distribution Centre, Seasonal, and DSD deliveries.
• Maintains a neat and organized backroom according to organization principles.
• Completes proper documentation for receiving and returning goods.
• Supports Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards for perishable items.

Customer Service:

• Maintains a clean image in accordance with uniform policy and dress code.
• Initiates acknowledgment and assistance to customers in aisles.
• Answers inquiries about product location, rainchecks, PC Optimum.

General:

• Complies with all health and safety regulations.
• Follows Store Standards.
• Adheres to loss prevention policies and procedures throughout the store.
• Performs other duties as required, including cash handling.
