Position Overview

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring accuracy when receiving, and recording all movements of inventory and materials to and from Intercity Packers Richmond facilities.

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Wage: $20.00/hr

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Lead Hand or Supervisor
• Achieving productivity targets.
• Working together with team members to ensure an efficient production flow.
• Ensuring products are shipped and received to specifications.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Frequently operate a forklift, pallet jack, hand jack, and other equipment to load, unload transport, and store goods.
• Forklift Certification (Battery), and Forklift Certification (Propane)
  (Training can be provided).
• Strong Attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Accountable and Dependable.
• Self motivated and have the desire to improve continuously.
• Frequent lifting, pushing & pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending/stooping. Occasionally required to squat/kneel/rotate/twist/balance.
• Must be able to work Holidays as required
• Able to work Overtime as required
