Location: Rosedale Centre, 25 Erindale Ave, Hamilton, ON L8K 4R2
Total Hours per Week: 27.75 hours per week, includes 1.5 hours programming time
Schedule: Monday to Friday,7:00 am to 8:30 am and 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm
Pay Rate (per Collective Agreement, includes wage grants): $28.00 per hour
As an RECE Before and After School Educator, your primary responsibility is to be present for children and their families while developing and implementing programs that meet their developmental needs and interests. You will create meaningful play experiences, provide healthy snacks, supervise outdoor and indoor activities, and ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care.
Duties vary by centre, but your role always includes supporting children, assisting colleagues, and contributing to a welcoming and well-organized environment.
