Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Planning/Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Proven track record of successfully managing real estate acquisition and development projects.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification.
