We are a law firm with a busy real estate practice, with offices in Rosthern and Prince Albert.

This position requires 1-2 years experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm;

The ability to communicate directly with financial institutions, realtors, other law firms, and clients is essential;

Prior experience with PCLaw, Worldox, Telus Assyst, and Lender Lawyer Connect an asset;

Strong interpersonal and typing skills are a must, and general math skills are an asset;

This position involves working independently to prepare all documentation related to the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, including title searches, tax searches, transfers, mortgage preparation, general letters, etc.;

This position can accommodate in person employment in either our Prince Albert or our Rosthern office space, or remote employment if prerequisites are met.
