The position focuses on talent acquisition and operational oversight, not personal sales production. The role offers a stable in-office schedule (Mon-Fri, 9-5) with a base salary of CA$80,000 plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid real estate broker license.
• Proven experience in residential resale.
• Strong background in training, coaching, and recruiting.
• Experience managing or developing a real estate team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard high-quality real estate agents.
• Lead onboarding and training programs for new agents; provide coaching.
• Oversee operations; monitor CRM leads and action plans; track performance metrics.
